There are many facets in the gem and jewelry industry – that range from jewelry design, manufacturing, retail sales, finance, marketing and more – which is why it is important to us to have representation on our team. Our Board of Directors come from different walks of life but have a shared experience of being Black in the jewelry industry.

We are leveraging our experience and unique perspectives to create opportunities for Black professionals and improve inclusion and diversity in the industry. As an innovative coalition, Our Board of Advisors bring an array of experience and expertise to the team.
